what state are you located in? I am a Realtor in GA. I know that each counties have grant programs. In one of our counties they will give (Free money) $7,500.00 that you can use for wither your down payment or closing costs. There are diffrent mortgage products out there for fixed income.

I am a mother of four. I am a full time Real Estate Agent. I am like everyone else. I am trying to make ends meet. I am not rich nor do I consider myself poor. When I do have the extra cash, I want to fix the world. Unlike those that have tons of money that may be able to save the world but choose not too, I try with the little bit I have. I am a very honest Christian woman that likes and strives to make a difference in each and every individual that I come across. I have killed Real Estate transaction with honesty and integrity. I do get looks from those that think I am crazy for not making that extra dollar for deceiving those that are not aware, however that is not me. I am a strong believer of what goes around comes around!! Like I said, I have four children and a wonderful husband that is in the midst of migrating in this country and we are having a very hard time doing so. But I know that God WILL provide and my faith and prayers go out to God. I have found myself in great binds, but I place all worries in his hands and I always receive a gift from God one way or another. Trust in him, as he is the ONLY way. Times may seem rough, but he will provide on his time, not ours, because his time will come in a greater package. I hope you will be able to find God and trust him for all your needs. Hope=God!!

PennyLee- One thing I cam to realize fairly quickly is that Material things are workable. However health is not. WE need to thank GOD for our health. Sometimes certain things happen to us so that we can get stronger in life in the future when we will most need it. GOD is there for us, but we need to ask him for things. I am a very proud person and do not like asking for help. It is easier to do it on an internet webpage because it is easier and we don't have to be face to face with someone and we can vent better. In the back of our minds we are hoping that someone that is wealthy comes across this site and help us. Maybe when GOD wants it to happen it will. If GOD makes sure that all the birds are fed, he will be sure that we his children are fed and are cared for. Maybe not in the way we want to see it happen, but it will on his time. Life is not easy. I too had my first child young. I had my first child at 16. But you know, for my children (I am a mother of four now) I would do anything to get them what they need and make sure they are in bed with a semi-full stomach. I am a Real Estate agent here in Georgia. I left a good part time employment that was feeding my family and paying my bills because of the stress that the girl I was assisting was putting me through. I now think maybe I did not make the right decision. Now Thanksgiving is next week and Christmas in a month. But there is not a day that goes by that I ask my Great GOD for help. He has helped me. I picked up two potential clients. I am praying that I close something fairly quickly. Hope is a Huge word for all of us. I know you have it deep down inside. You need to revive it by looking into your beautiful children's eyes and Thank GOD for them on a daily basis as not all parents have children that are alive! You will be in my prayers. Are you a single mother or have a husband that makes it to just keep the household running? What state do you live in? Maybe I can find someone to help you? Ps. Pennylee- I have never read anything so mean in my entire life. You cannot guarantee that no one will receive help. You are right in one small detail. That there is a small chance of someone looking at their ad and making their dream come true. But sometimes HOPE is the only thing that pulls someone together. I am not rich nor poor. But I am struggling just like everyone else. I am a mother of four. I quit my job and decided to do my own thing. I have my own business, however it is not going as great as I would have liked it too, but you know........HOPE and GOD are the only things that keep me going. My four kids may not have a Christmas, but by God do not take someone's hurt and pain and take it to town. It is not our fault that you are so bitter and not able to have anyone help you that you need to take everyone with you. I promise you and everyone that posts on this board that if I make a huge sale a few weeks before Christmas, I will sponsor a family on this site!!!
